BEIJING --------- October 25, 2015---------Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org)  has signed with the "Chinese" Chaning University-specialized in teaching languages- a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish "Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Center for Teaching Arabic Language in China" which is expected to be the largest center of its kind in China.

The signature of the memorandum came on the margins of the participation of TAG-Org in the economic delegation accompanying His Majesty King Abdullah II in his visit to China, during which His Majesty the King opened an exhibition entitled “China and the Arab Countries" held at the International Trade Center for Chinese Muslims.

The memorandum was signed by Executive Manager Mr. Tarek Hammad on behalf of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization, and Mr. Zhang Wei, the Dean of Foreign Languages Department  and Vice President of the University. The center is expected to open soon and will be called "Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Center for the Arab Culture in China (TAG-AC) ".

The Memorandum came as a concrete response to the vision of HM the King calling for greater cooperation between Jordan and China. His Majesty stressed Jordan's keenness to promote and reinforce cooperation and trade exchange with China, calling upon Chinese companies to benefit from existing investment opportunities within the Kingdom.

His Excellency Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh embarked on strengthening cooperation relations with China since 2008 when he founded the Confucius Institute in Amman to teach Chinese language in order to promote the Chinese language and Chinese culture, and he also established “China Visa Center” as part of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization.
